1. Introduction:
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings made for courses and programmes offered by GetOnYoga Private Limited (GYPL) through the GetonYoga:Connect (GoY Connect) platform located at connect.getonyoga.com. By making a booking through GoY Connect, you agree to this Policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation requests made before the course begins
2.1.1. The Booking Fee (inclusive of Course Fee, Service Fee, and Taxes) paid to GetOnYoga Private Limited is 100% non-refundable.
2.1.2. This policy is intended to discourage casual bookings and ensure availability for serious students.
2.1.3. A full refund will be granted if the course or programme is cancelled by GetOnYoga.
2.2. Refund Requests Due to Dissatisfaction
2.2.1. A 100% refund may be provided to students dissatisfied with the course under the following conditions:
2.2.1.1. The request must be submitted before the 3rd class.
2.2.1.2. The student must have attended the first two sessions live.
2.2.2. After 5 days:
2.2.2.1. No refund shall be issued.
2.2.2.2. A full refund shall be granted in cases where there course / programme gets cancelled.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Eligibility:
3.1.1. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the criteria mentioned above.
3.3. Timing:
3.3.1. Refunds may take upto 2 weeks.
4. Changes to this Policy
4.1. GetOnYoga Private Limited reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time.
4.2. Changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
