Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction:
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings made for courses and programmes offered by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram (SYVDA) Trust through the GetonYoga:Connect (GoY Connect) platform located at connect.getonyoga.com. By making a booking through GoY Connect, you agree to this Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation requests made before the course begins

2.1.1. Booking Fee (that includes Course Fee Advance, Service Fee & Taxes) paid to GetOnYoga Private Limited is 100% non-refundable.

2.1.2. This is to discourage casual bookings and ensure spot availability for serious students.

2.1.3. A full refund shall be granted in cases where the course or programme gets cancelled by SYVDA.

2.2. Cancellation requests made after the course begins

2.2.1. Within 5 days:

2.2.1.1. 75% of the Course Fee shall be refunded.

2.2.1.2. Students are required to return manual and uniforms.

2.2.2. After 5 days:

2.2.2.1. No refund shall be issued.

2.2.2.2. A full refund shall be granted in cases where there course / programme gets cancelled by SYVDA.

2.3. It is advised to ensure receipt of appropriate visa is possible before registering or booking flights.

3. Refund Process

3.1. Eligibility:

3.1.1. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the criteria mentioned above.

3.2. Method:

3.2.1. Refunds shall be made through International bank transfer directly by SYVDA.

3.3. Timing:

3.3.1. Refunds may take upto 6 months.

4. Changes to this Policy

4.1. GetOnYoga Private Limited and Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram Trust reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time.

4.2. Changes will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
